  Elettra 3 has a team of Designers and Engineers able to perform preliminary design, execution and implementation.
• realization:
  Elettra 3 has a pool of Project Managers and Site Managers as well as specialized installer teams able to deal with all the stages of realizations for large plants.
• Works Management and Coordination:
  Elettra 3 has a team of Engineers qualified for the Works Management and Safety Coordination.
